Norolle consists of 1330 beautiful acres of undulating contoured country with self mulching Brigalow / Belah soils. About 785 acres are improved pasture of Rhodes Grass, Purple Pidgeon, Bambatsi, Creeping Blue Grass and Medics. 400 acres of cultivation give scope for growing fodder crops.

The property is divided with laneways. Five acres of a Sandstone / Belah ridge is utilised as a cattle complex. Steel yards and cooler pens on the ridge, the highest parts of the property, are a Licensed Ausmeat approved Feedlot, presently developed to 350 SCU.
